1. How can I change my lesson time?
English Plus accommodates the needs of our students as much as possible. Please note that changes must be made 24 hours in advance. 
 
2.  What is your policy on late cancellations?
Our policy is that students taking one-to-one private lessons must make cancellation requests with 24 hours advance notice to notify us of a cancellation or schedule change. Any cancellations or schedule changes made after that time will be deducted from your account as we are obligated to pay for the instructor's scheduled time.  

3.  Do you offer lessons in French or other languages?
Although we speak French well and do business in French on a routine basis, we do not offer lessons in French. Our expertise lies in teaching English as a second language. The field of teaching English as a second language is huge enough that one could spend a lifetime and still not know everything.  We feel that to be successful in something, we have to devote ourselves fully to it.  Our goal is to be the best ESL training company in Ottawa.  We want to build our reputation by concentrating on quality.  Specialization is part of our strategy. 

4.  What locations do you teach at?
On a routine basis, our teachers offer language training in downtown Ottawa, Tunney's Pasture (Westboro area), Carling Avenue, Place du Portage and on Sussex Drive. We would consider expanding into other areas if there is a demand. Please call us to speak with us about where you work and perhaps we can find a way to teach you.
