English Plus accomodates the needs of our students as much as possible. Although we would ask you not to change study schedule frequently, there will be time when you need to do so. Changes must be made with at least 24 hours advance notice. Please note that last minute changes are not allowed.
Make-up Lessons:
Whenever you cancel you must make a request for a make-up lesson. Please see our schedule and pick a time when you think that our teacher will be in your location. If you wish, you could schedule a two-hour class next week.
Policy on Last Minute Cancellations:
Private students must make cancellation requests the day before a scheduled class by 5:00pm to notify us of a cancellation or schedule change. Any cancellations or schedule changes made after that time will be deducted from your account as we are obligated to pay for the instructor's scheduled time. We will simply invoice as if you were present at the lesson.
Unless there are exceptional reasons, we do not make exceptions to this rule.
